PARTNERS

We have a two-tiered partnership structure.

Non-equity partners (still salaried employees, though usually with a very generous salary) and equity partners, sharing in the profits of the firm.

Occasionally, a non-equity partner will be invited to join the equity partnership at some point in the future.

However, we also bring in partners straight to the Higher Tier of Equity Partnership depending on their individual abilities.

SENIOR ASSOCIATES

Brijnandan Singh Bhar & Co offers a challenging and rewarding place to work.

We hope that you would have taken the opportunity to explore other areas of our site and to see the areas of work in which we frequently undertake and specialize.

We offer a unique mix of contentious and non-contentious practice areas. The areas that we specialize and the numerous reported cases in the media and legal journals speak about our greatest strengths.

We expect a great deal of our senior associates and expect them to be ambitious from the very start. We nurture and invest in our senior associates wilfully and ensure they aim high to make partner in the future.

In return, we expect that they shall be suitably compensated, and offer a generous remuneration package which increases annually depending on their experience.

This would also include a competitive remuneration and allowance; subsidies for registration fees for their annual practicing certificate with the Malaysian Bar Council and fees for courses conducted both domestically at the Malaysian Bar Council, respective State Legal Committees and Councils, and Internationally at various legal organisations and institutions around the world.

We pride ourselves on our friendliness and approachability as a law firm, and we believe that this attitude is reflected in the experience of our senior associates.
