Messrs Brijnandan Singh Bhar & Co., have been retained by the Government of India to act on behalf of a major Indian bank, in an international and cross-border dispute.
In this Banking and Finance related matter, the firm has been instructed, inter alia, to dispute the jurisdiction of the case, as well as, Malaysia being a forum non conveniens.
